My name is Samantha Ward, and like many of you out there, I’m navigating through this wonderfully hectic and adventurous thing called college. Currently I am a second year journalism major at the University of Georgia, the school of my dreams, and I enjoy doing everything from binge watching on YouTube and Netflix, leafleting / spending time with my fellow vegans in Speak Out for Species, to writing articles for an online, multicultural student publication called InfUSion Magazine.
While many things are important to me, the most one has to be my spiritual life and relationship with God. I was blessed with growing up in a Christian household, and though I mostly live on my own now, I continue to stand firm in my faith. I am in no way preachy or overbearing when it comes to faith, but I do believe that I wouldn’t be where I am today had I not continued pursuing God and His will for my life.
There is no guarantee this blog will follow a certain structure or theme. I’m in a season of my life where I am simply trying to get into the habit of creating again, be it through this blog, my YouTube channel, or any other medium. Â Hopefully my postings on here will be insightful, thought-provoking, or at least a way of starting conversations with all of you!
